Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) for Japanese public schools: primary teacher of English for the 5th and 6th grades of 4 Elementary Schools. Team-teach with 4 Japanese Teachers of English (JTEs) at 2 Junior High schools. Occasionally visit Kindergartens for introductory English lessons. I work with students and teachers to build their appreciation and enthusiasm for English language education, while helping to foster cross-cultural understanding that is necessary for today's global economy.
